This Jupyter book contains notebooks for the MSc course Deep learning in 3D medical image analysis taught at the University of Twente.

Each cell in these notebooks is runnable, and you can load a notebook on the University of Twente Jupyter server by clicking the little rocket button on the top of the notebook. Throughout the tutorials, you will find exercises, which you can recognize as follows
